Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
Emotionally immature parents can lead to an adult child who is full of doubt and self-criticism who struggles with setting boundaries, disappointing others, and navigating life and relationships. If you were parentified as a child, felt like your emotions were minimized to focus on your parent's emotions, and struggle with knowing who you are, therapy can help.

I am also offering a group specifically for this.

Depression
Getting treatment for depression reduces the likelihood of having depressive periods in the future. I am trained in a variety of evidenced-based approaches for treating depression, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression (IPT-D).

Anxiety
Whether your anxiety is a regular daily companion or specifically focused on something, like social situations or crowds, therapy can teach coping skills, mindfulness, delusion, and cognitive challenging to help manage the anxiety. Treatment is also available for phobias and panic attacks.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
If you are struggling to get out of an obsessive thought cycle, I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold standard treatment for OCD to help you break free of obsessions and compulsions.

Relationship Troubles
Relationships can be a source of support and a source of stress. Figuring out your patterns in relationships can help you create healthier and more satisfying romantic and platonic relationships. Whether you're entering, maintaining, or exiting a relationship, therapy can be a helpful place to process.

Life Transitions
The only constant is change, and it never stops. Transitioning from one phase of your life to another can be exciting and overwhelming. Therapy can provide skills for navigating these changes more smoothly and space for discussing the changes.

Bipolar Disorder
Being able to know when a manic episode may happen will help put you back in control, and therapy can help figure out your triggers for depression and mania.
Therapy for bipolar disorder is best done in conjunction with psychiatric medication.
