My Therapy Approach
I approach therapy with the belief that increased insight, effective coping skills, and a strong therapeutic relationship are cornerstones to facilitating positive behavioral change. I help manage maladaptive thinking, challenging feelings, and behavioral patterns that interfere with your quality of life. I specialize in trauma, personality disorders, and healing from invalidating childhood experiences. I also work with depression, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions.​ I can help you successfully navigate life stressors including relationship challenges and work difficulties.
I utilize a holistic therapeutic style, incorporating a multicultural and trauma-informed lens. I practice from an integration of DBT, CBT, and relational dynamic therapy. I work with teenagers and adults.
