Group Therapy
Group therapy is a space for you to grow together in community with other people dealing with similar concerns. In group, healing happens by building a safe space, trusting in that safe space, learning to be vulnerable, and practicing new skills with others.
Group therapy can be helpful as a stand alone treatment or done at the same time as individual therapy. Both options are helpful for different reasons, and I am happy to speak with you to determine what the best path for you might be.
I offer groups virtually and they are open to people in NY, WA, and any PsyPact state.
Fees are specific to each group so please see individual pages for more details.
Insurance is not accepted and a superbill can be provided for out of network benefits.
