Group Therapy
Group therapy is a space for you to grow together in community with other people dealing with similar concerns. In group, healing happens by building a safe space, trusting in that safe space, learning to be vulnerable, and practicing new skills with others.

Group therapy can be helpful as a stand alone treatment or done at the same time as individual therapy. Both options are helpful for different reasons, and I am happy to speak with you to determine what the best path for you might be.

I offer one DBT skills group in-person in Tacoma, WA.
The other groups I offer are virtual and open to people in NY, WA, and any PsyPact state.

Insurance is not accepted and a superbill can be provided for out of network benefits.
