DBT Skills for Political Stress Group

Are you stressed and feeling burnt out from current event stress?

This group is focused on helping you learn therapy skills to manage emotions during overwhelming times, such as the unprecedented times we're currently living through.

 

Please note, this is NOT a process group. We will not be processing what is happening, but rather teaching you skills to help manage yourself and your mental health so you can make it through to the other side. This group has been specifically curated to include the most effective skills for political stress.

Co-facilitated by Dr. Jen Stewart and Grace Nyblade, LCSW, two experts in DBT who have run countless DBT skills groups.

Details:

Who- Adults (18+) located in NEW YORK, WASHINGTON, or ANY PSYPACT STATE

When-  Wednesdays at 12:30 pm PT/3:30 pm EST

Dates- 12/10/2025 - 2/11/2026 (no group on 12/24 and 12/31)

Frequency- Weekly for one hour, 8 weeks in total

Where- Virtual

Cost- $50/session, private pay, no insurance

**Must commit to the full group when joining**
